"Pretty clear pricing, which I appreciate"
I liked that the prices were easy to see before I bought anything, so there wasn’t any guessing. Checkout was smooth too, with no weird surprise fees popping up. I’m taking off one star because the options felt sorta limited

"Shipping felt a bit dragged out"
My order did eventually show up, and the product was fine once it got here, but the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, which made me wonder if they just didn’t want people asking too many questions while packages were sitting around. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just felt like they weren’t exactly in a rush to get it to me.

"Finished sooner than I expected"
I thought this was going to drag on forever, because stuff usually ends up taking way longer for me than it does for everyone else. But somehow I finished in 5 months, which was less time than I expected. Happy with how it turned out.

"The treatment plan felt fair and accurate"
The treatment plan was accurate, that’s all you really hope for when you’re trusting someone with your care. It felt like they took the time to do things properly, which is just basic decency in my opinion

"Pretty good retainers after treatment"
I got my post-treatment retainers from newsmilelife and they’ve been good so far. They fit well and feel more comfortable than my old ones, or at least... yeah, they’re fine to wear at night now. It took me a few nights to get used to them, but I think that’s normal. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, though everything showed up in good condition and the case was included. Overall I’m happy with them, I just wish the tracking updates were a little clearer.

I have to say, my teeth do look a lot better now, so I’m genuinely happy with the treatment results. It was a bit of a hassle at times, but credit where it’s due, the end result was worth it

"Refund Saga Ended Surprisingly Smoothly"
I asked for a refund expecting the usual customer service nightmare, but they handled it without much fuss. It took a little while and I had a tiny moment of wondering if my money had vanished into the void, but support did reply and the refund came through in the end.

"Honestly better than I expected"
I’ve been really happy with these so far. The quality feels great, sturdy enough that I’m not worried about them falling apart, but not bulky or annoying to wear. The fit was way better than I expected, almost like they were magically made just right. I’ve been using them every day and haven’t noticed any weird smell, rough edges, or anything that would drive me crazy. No issues at all so far.

"Refinement was easy and definitely worth it"
After finishing my first set of trays, I realized I needed a small refinement and I was expecting it to be a pain. It ended up being straightforward. Support got back to me quickly, told me exactly which photos to send, and made the whole process feel simple instead of stressful.

The new trays fit really well, especially around the front teeth where I wanted the tiny adjustments most. I can already see those small changes starting to happen, and I really appreciate how smoothly they handled everything. No drama, just clear help and good results.

"Communication could’ve been clearer"
I really wanted to like the service, but the replies were confusing. I ended up asking the same thing more than once because the next steps weren’t explained all that well. It wasn’t nothing awful, but it definitely got frustrating after a while

"Honestly, not bad for the price"
I mean, for what I paid, it’s solid overall. Nothing super fancy, but it does the job and feels like a good value. The only thing was shipping took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but once it showed up I was still happy with it

The payment plans are okay, but I really wish there were more flexible options. It feels a bit limiting, i’d expect some kind of apology or acknowledgment for how inconvenient that can be for customers.

"I thought the trays were going..."
I thought the trays were going to feel bulky or awkward, but they fit way better than I expected. The first day was definitely tight, which I figured was normal, but they snapped on really well and didn’t rub or cut into my gums or anything. I kept checking like, “Is this how they’re supposed to feel?” because they were snug but not uncomfortable.
I’m on my next set now and the fit still seems right to me. They’re easy to wear most of the day, and I haven’t had any issues with them feeling loose. So far I’m happy with it, and I’m hoping that means everything is moving the way it should

"Heads up: my scan appointment was frustrating"
Just a warning for anyone booking a scan here, my appointment felt rushed. The staff were fine, but I ended up waiting a lot longer than I expected, and when I asked questions, I didn’t really get clear answers. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely left feeling annoyed and like I should’ve been given a bit more time and information

"Impression kit was easy overall"
I got the impression kit and the instructions were straightforward. I think I managed to get it right on the first try, and sending it back was easy enough too. So far, I don’t really have any complaints.

"I was a little nervous about doing..."
I was a little nervous about doing aligners online, and I kept worrying about whether anyone was really checking things properly. The dentist oversight did make me feel a lot better though. They looked over my scans, and when I had questions, they did answer them. I will say, the waiting was annoying sometimes, not terrible, but annoying, and I found myself checking for replies more than I wanted to. Still, the process has been smooth overall, and my teeth seem to be moving the way they said they would. So far, I’m happy with newsmilelife, even if I wish the responses were a bit faster
